3. Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
• Deny service or cancel trips if the customer behaves inappropriately, illegally, or in ways that
jeopardize safety.
• Modify fares, policies, or operational procedures when necessary.
• Communicate with customers by phone, SMS, or email regarding trip details or company operations.
• Refuse service if safety risks are present.
• Maintain records of trips for legal, operational, and safety purposes.
• Protect its client base. Drivers, customers, or third parties are prohibited from exchanging personal
contact information to bypass the Company.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate information when booking services.
• Behave respectfully toward drivers.
• Pay applicable fares.
• Not request or offer personal contact details to avoid using Company services.
• Not interfere with Company operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or conditions beyond its control.
• Lost or forgotten items, though reasonable efforts will be made to recover them.
• Actions of third parties outside the Company’s control.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is used solely for operational purposes. Personal data is not shared with third
parties for marketing without explicit permission.

SMS TERMS OF USE
1. Consent for SMS Communication
By providing a phone number and opting in to receive text messages, the customer authorizes El
Clásico Cab LLC to send operational SMS notifications. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will
not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional use.
2. Types of Messages
Customers may receive messages such as:

• Coordination messages for scheduled transportation

3. Message Frequency

messages per trip or multiple messages per week based on usage.
4. Messaging Costs

depending on the customer’s phone carrier.

6. Opt-Out (STOP)
